- Craft a clinical question and build an efficient search strategy to find relevant research.
- Learn to evaluate the risk of bias in randomized controlled trials using the basics of the Cochrane Risk of Bias tool.
- Understand the importance of effect estimate statistics and learn to calculate risk ratios, absolute risk reduction and numbers needed to treat.
Tune Up
- Fine tune search skills learning new "tricks of the trade."
- Explore more complicated bias domains and explore some of the recent controversial bias issues like conflict of interest in trials.
